Meet Scott Howard
Vice President / Lead Estimator
Growing up in a close-knit family with deep union roots, joining the family business was a natural path for me. I completed my four-year union apprenticeship and graduated in 1988, earning both my Journeyman and Master Plumber licenses shortly thereafter.
I spent the first 10 years of my career supervising work in the field before transitioning into estimating and project management in 1998. Over the years, I have developed extensive knowledge of the plumbing trade and construction industry, with experience managing projects of varying size and complexity.
Today, I oversee the estimating and project management of restaurants, hotels, office buildings, dormitories, laboratories, and life science facilities. I have developed particular expertise in laboratory and specialty plumbing systems, and the strong relationships we have built with repeat clients reflect our commitment to quality, reliability, and successful project execution.
What I enjoy most is being part of a company that takes pride in delivering quality work at every level. Construction is constantly evolving, and I appreciate the daily challenges and opportunities to learn, adapt, and help our team continue to grow and succeed.
Favorite things to do outside of work?
- When work is done, you can find me at the Winthrop Yauct Club with my family on my boat fishing or enjoying their company
- Outside the Yauct Club, i enjoy traveling or taking a cruise with my family and friends
